Cost facts

What raises or lowers the cost of getting booked

The booking guarantee, in plain numbers

Every plan guarantees 4 bookings a month. If bookings fall short, the difference is refunded at month end: book 3 and you get 25% back. Most users book 5 to 10 podcasts a month, and users get booked within a week of sending pitches.

Platinum raises the ceiling to 20 bookings a month, with additional charges only on an explicitly pre-approved basis. The upgrade mainly buys time: a concierge handles replies and puts appearances on your calendar.

What the market charges

Comparison figures from our audit show a starter booking service plan might get two bookings a month for around $700, a more aggressive plan four or more for over $900, and some services run upwards of $3,000 per month.

At the DIY end, Podseeker lists a $99 monthly database plan, but you write, send, and follow up yourself. The service sits between: software that does the work, with a guarantee most agencies do not publish.
